Qualifications

• Experience in public health policy, practice transformation and value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and coordinate relationships with state agencies and partners to advance Primary Care Research.
• Represent the Colorado Health Extension System in external meetings and strategic partnerships.
• Lead externally funded research and implementation projects and disseminate findings.
• Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations for funders and stakeholders.
• Mentor trainees and contribute to education on Medicaid, value-based payment and health policy.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities and compliance with grants and contracts.
• Coordinate research meetings, workshops, and partner convenings with internal and external teams.
