Carnegie Learning is seeking a Research Partner Facilitator to manage partnerships with school districts and researchers across the United States. You will recruit districts, onboard partners, and guide data-sharing and regulatory processes throughout studies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, education-focused expertise, and cross-team collaboration to support study designs and partner satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position with some domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in education, customer success, or related setting.
• K-12 experience is a plus.
• Experience in research environments is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure successful research partnerships.
• Facilitate communication with partners regarding participation, needs, and results.
• Maintain documentation of district participation steps.
• Identify partner needs and create recommendations for successful projects.
• Monitor engagement and mitigate barriers to ongoing partnerships.
• Schedule and lead regular partnership meetings and define action steps.
