ElevenLabs is hiring a Research Engineer to deploy and optimize frontier AI models in production. You will own the systems turning research breakthroughs into real-time products used by millions, focusing on fast, reliable serving and scalable infrastructure.

Join an AI-first, globally distributed team solving hard problems with latency-sensitive workloads and cutting-edge techniques across quantization, caching, and kernels.

Qualificações

• Experience deploying and serving ML models in production, especially latency-sensitive apps.
• Strong engineering skills in GPU programming and inference optimization (CUDA, Triton, TensorRT).
• Ability to profile bottlenecks end-to-end and build tooling to measure performance.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy state-of-the-art models to production and own the path from research checkpoint to serving infrastructure.
• Optimize inference performance across the stack (latency, throughput, cost).
• Build and tune high-performance serving systems for real-time, streaming workloads.
• Create tooling and infrastructure to ship models to production quickly, safely, and reliably.
