This role is remote globally with optional offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw. You’ll design benchmarks, curate data, and implement novel training paradigms while collaborating with researchers and engineers across the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI experience focusing on implementing, training and improving ML models.
• Ability to autonomously evaluate novel concepts or enhance existing ML projects.
• Experience conducting exploratory research to improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Train state‑of‑the‑art models across modalities.
• Post‑training improvements, data curation, architectural tweaks, novel training paradigms.
• Design rigorous benchmarks and evaluations to justify model iterations.
