Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience or 5 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data from diverse sources.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly build subject matter expertise to research, analyze, and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Write concise content for reports, roadmaps, presentations, policy briefs, fact sheets, and digital platforms.
• Ensure technical accuracy while improving grammar, readability, and persuasiveness.
• Research data trends and develop insightful syntheses and visualizations of key issues.
• Support planning and onsite execution of meetings, workshops, and client events, including logistics and communications.
• Develop and track project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Engage with SMEs via surveys/interviews to gather perspectives and reach client objectives.
• Perform duties individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
