Job summary

High Point University is seeking a Research Assistant for the Survey Research Center (SRC). The role supports the HPU Poll and other projects, performing data entry, analysis, and literature reviews with supervision from the Staff Director of the SRC.

The position is remote with weekly meetings, up to 20 hours per week, and serves as an internship-like experience for students across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be a High Point University student.
• Maintain minimum 2.4 GPA to remain in Student Employment Program.
• In good standing with High Point University.

Responsibilities

• Enter, transcribe, and code survey and interview data using Excel, SPSS, R, ATLAS.ti and other tools.
• Analyze data and contribute to summary reports, press releases, articles, and conference presentations.
