Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graduate program in Clinical Psychology (PsyD/PhD), Counseling, or a closely related behavioral science field.
• Advanced undergraduate students may be considered if academically strong.
• Strong foundational knowledge of contemporary attachment theory, object relations, and trauma-informed frameworks.
• Experience conducting systematic literature searches using PsycINFO, PubMed, Google Scholar.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong written communication, and commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
• Preferred: Familiarity with IPA; experience with Zotero and qualitative analysis platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and methodological support for an ongoing clinical research project on relational trauma.
• Assist in expanding a provisional model into a comprehensive empirical framework; prepare literature databases and organize qualitative methods.
• Conduct literature reviews across psycho-dynamic theory and attachment frameworks; maintain annotated reference library.
• Assist in drafting IRB proposals for future qualitative studies using IPA or Grounded Theory.
