Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Requisitioning Agent to join the ALECS vehicle sustainment team. This fully remote role supports multiple vehicle families globally, handling high-volume procurement, vendor interactions, and data management.

You’ll navigate FAR guidelines, ensure compliance, and coordinate with procurement to issue purchase orders. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, willingness to travel up to 25%, and the ability to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience.
• Up to 25% Travel Required.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and a passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.

Responsibilities

• Requisition materials, supplies and services in high volume.
• Maintain contact with vendors and conduct limited market research.
• Recommend suppliers, price and deliver to the Buyer; track requisitions to POs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Update status reports and manage databases and spreadsheets.
• Plan, organize and manage multiple projects in a team environment.
