Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Reporting Specialist to support the Indian Health Service Electronic Health Records Modernization program. The role focuses on creating and maintaining reports, serving as the ePMO SME, and assisting with ServiceNow reporting migrations.

The position is fully remote, with requirements to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance and travel up to 25% if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Experience in ePMO, Salesforce, or similar technology.
• ServiceNow experience required.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to document functionality aligning with customer value streams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a multi-tiered structure.
• Familiarity with risk management practices.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reporting for the IHS EHRM program based on requirements.
• Serve as the ePMO subject-matter expert for technical support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with migration of reporting in ServiceNow.
• Explore new opportunities and capabilities within ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, IRM).
• Identify milestones, decision points, and project lifecycle events.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews.
• Incorporate lessons learned into the program register.
