Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Reporting Analyst within our PBM Finance Enablement group to develop reports in SQL and SAS, working with pharmacy and member claims data to support state and federal compliance reporting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing process automation in a fast-paced environment. It is fully remote with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports in SQL and SAS.
• Review client and internal requests to translate into clear business requirements.
• Build relationships with Account Teams, Legal, Compliance, Client Audit, Finance Operations, and others to provide reporting leadership.
• Continuously evaluate and evolve data, reporting, and automation processes.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables with clear documentation for production-ready reporting.
• Communicate and resolve issues promptly to avoid delivery delays.
• Champion continuous improvement, curiosity, collaboration and innovation.
