Job summary

Clean Energy Counsel, LLP seeks a junior finance associate with strong law firm background to work on debt financings, including large syndicated and project financings, with a solid corporate foundation and renewable energy focus. This fully remote position lets you practice from anywhere licensed to practice law.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of law firm experience in renewable energy sectors.
• Experience on large syndicated financings and related ancillary agreements.
• Solid corporate law foundation with project finance exposure.
• Admission to Bar in applicant's state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the junior attorney on complex renewables financings.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on finance matters.
• Adhere to firm policies and priorities.
• Perform other duties as requested by Firm management.
