Compass Pathways is seeking a Senior Manager, REMS and Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead REMS and distribution for COMP360 in the United States. This remote East Coast role partners with the Senior Director to translate regulatory requirements into compliant operational processes and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and ongoing execution of REMS operational workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and readiness activities for REMS and specialty pharmacy partners.
• Monitor REMS performance metrics and coordinate documentation, triage, and escalation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support launch readiness and ongoing program operations.
• Track vendor deliverables, performance metrics, and risk, escalating as needed.
