Job summary

Affinity Health Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Reimbursement Consultant (RNAC / LPNAC) to join our consulting team, working primarily remotely with occasional on-site visits to client facilities across Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and a passion for helping providers achieve positive outcomes in long-term care. This role supports clinical, regulatory, and financial success.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license required.
• Minimum five years in RNAC/LPNAC or regional reimbursement consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems.
• Travel to client facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide reimbursement expertise for long-term care providers, with focus on MDS processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical operation optimization.
• Develop strategic partnerships with providers to improve outcomes.
• Maintain revenue integrity across multiple facilities.
