Staff Management | SMX is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Specialist to join our North American Regulatory team. This 100% remote role supports regulatory compliance, technical documentation, and administrative tasks essential to bringing products to market.

You will review artwork, develop SDS, manage SAP data, and assist with UL WercsSmart submissions while collaborating with Product Development, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; degree in scientific/technical field preferred
• Experience in regulatory affairs or technical documentation preferred
• Experience with SDS, Chemdox, SAP or UL WercsSmart is a plus
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilités

• Review and validate product artwork for regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain SDS using Chemdox SDS software
• Process SAP-MDG requests for new product setup and updates
• Enter and maintain regulatory data in SAP to support SKU lifecycle
• Assist with UL WercsSmart submissions and other regulatory documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions
• Maintain organized regulatory records and documentation
