Job summary

Our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, seeks an Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, Advertising & Promotion. This remote leadership role shapes regulatory strategy for labeling, advertising, and promotional review across marketed and pipeline products, partnering with senior leaders.

The role represents regulatory affairs in health authority interactions and strengthens operational performance across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline.
• 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
• At least 6 years focused on labeling and advertising/promotional compliance.
• Proven experience managing high-performing regulatory teams.
• Expert understanding of FDA regulations and promotional enforcement actions.
• Exceptional writing, negotiation, and public-speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the labeling, advertising, and promotion regulatory team.
• Integrate labeling, advertising, and promotion activities to align with product communications.
• Ensure compliance of promotional communications with global regulatory requirements.
• Lead global labeling strategy and lifecycle management for marketed and pipeline products.
• Oversee review and approval processes for advertising and promotional materials.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on the global regulatory affairs leadership team.
• Lead health authority meetings and negotiations on compliance matters.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in regulatory operations.
