Job summary

OCCU is a member-owned credit union in Eugene, Oregon seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst. Join a team focused on the Compliance Management System, regulatory research, risk management, and policy application across the organization in a remote-capable role with Pacific Time hours.

You will support compliance monitoring, training, and remediation efforts while collaborating with business units to stay current with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of banking compliance experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance for deposits, lending and small business.
• Ability to analyze and interpret rules and regulatory communications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Compliance Management System and compliance program.
• Provide regulatory compliance support to business units, researching laws and regulations.
• Support monitoring activities: review procedures, prepare workpapers, and report findings.
• Track remediation efforts related to examinations, audits, and monitoring.
• Develop and revise compliance knowledge assets to align with regulations.
• Review marketing and advertising to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with compliance training and track completion.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to management.
• Support audits by gathering data and assisting with remediation plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance practices and protect data confidentiality.
