Qualifications

• 5+ years as regulatory attorney or compliance counsel at a major firm, regulated company, or government.
• Direct ownership of regulatory compliance programs and agency interactions.
• Fluency with regulatory tooling and understanding of how rulemaking works.
• JD with bar admission or international equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design regulatory compliance programs and manage agency investigations.
• Develop scenarios across finance, healthcare, antitrust, privacy, and energy regulation.
• Create rubrics and regulatory memoranda, filings, and enforcement docs.
• Draft guidance distinguishing regulatory judgment from exam-style recall.
