You will gain training and learn global chemical regulations for a wide range of materials, with duties including entering SDS data, reviewing regulations, and vendor communication.

The position is non-laboratory and provides a comprehensive benefits program upon full-time employment, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new computer software.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input information from vendor safety data sheets into a hazard communication database.
• Review global chemical regulations and determine their application for various products.
• Search for SDS sheets of raw materials.
• Fill in missing or incorrect information in the SDS sheets.
• Contact vendors as needed.
