Job summary

CareTalk Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a part-time remote role in the United States. This position supports patients during Annual Wellness Visits in a fully remote virtual care setting, focused on chart preparation and collaboration with providers.

The role requires an active compact-state RN license, 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, and proficiency with EHRs and telehealth tools. A private home workspace and strong independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in a compact state.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (bedside, Primary Care, Med/Surg, or Home Health).
• Proven experience providing high-volume patient care in a fast-paced virtual or telehealth clinic environment.
• Proficient with EHR systems and telehealth/teleconferencing platforms.
• Dedicated, private home workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) Chart Preparation and coordination with providers.
• Review and summarize patient information with patients in virtual visits via Zoom.
• Document medical, surgical, family histories, medications, preventive screenings, and immunizations.
• Assess cognitive, functional, and depression status; identify care gaps and overdue screenings.
• Ensure CMS, Medicare, and organizational documentation standards are met.
