Position: Remote Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager

Location: Aurora, CO

Remote Status: Remote

Job Summary:

This is a remote role for a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager. Candidates must reside in Colorado and be flexible to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consistent resource for program patients, identifying barriers to therapy and helping patients navigate them.
  • Act as an educator with knowledge of clinical treatments, strong emotions, and financial implications associated with a new diagnosis or chronic medical condition.
  • Enable patients by providing information and education on prescribed therapy, administration, and financial assistance.
  • Empower patients to participate in their personal care process and triage them to support for non-program needs.
  • Report Adverse Events/Product Complaints in accordance with SOP and good manufacturer practices.
Requirements:
  • Active RN licensure in the current state of practice.
  • 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
