The program coincides with the unit you are hired into. Target audience: Goal: To support new graduate nurses in their transition from novice nurse to competent nurse through professional development.Shifts: 0.8 FTE working Day/Night (some 12-hour shifts or D/E availability)Current nursing student ORRecent graduate of an accredited nursing program ORStarting first RN position with Essentia Health within one year of graduation.Nursing license in state of employment.Up to $10,000 (ADN)/$15,000 (BSN) Sign on Bonus
