Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience in health, education or service fields.
• Experience working with youth and mentoring teens.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strong Relationships with universities, community partners, schools and district staff to deliver programming across 15–25 sites.
• Build and Lead a team by recruiting, training, onboarding and overseeing near-peer mentors.
• Assess community needs and track progress to measure impact and report findings.
• Support delivery of Health Education Program, including scheduling, logistics and supplies for events.
• Direct program delivery in schools and community settings, including teaching lessons and hosting events.
• Promote HealthCorps initiatives via social media and stakeholder communications.
• Commit to HealthCorps mission and health equity in all activities.
