Westin Furniture, a leading wholesaler of indoor and outdoor furnishings, is expanding its sales force and actively seeking independent regional sales representatives across all U.S. territories. We’re looking for driven, self-motivated professionals with a proven history of representing wholesale furniture brands and strong relationships with brick-and-mortar retail accounts within their region. Ideal candidates will have a track record of driving sales growth and territory development.

This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, offering the freedom to manage your own territory while representing a trusted, growing brand. This is for Maryland territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Westin Furniture across assigned territories by establishing, developing, and maintaining strong wholesale relationships
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business with brick-and-mortar retailers, interior designers, and key buying groups
  • Partner with retail accounts to optimize showroom merchandising, deliver product training to sales staff, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with buyers and re-buyers to manage inventory levels, ensuring consistent stock availability and timely purchase orders
  • Serve as a liaison between RSA teams, buying groups, and corporate, clearly communicating customer feedback and resolving product-related issues
  • Uphold Westin Furniture’s reputation by conducting business in a professional, respectful, and brand-aligned manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align account needs with current product availability, production timelines, and assortment planning
  • Represent the brand at major trade shows 3-4 times per year, supporting account development and product visibility
Ideal Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an independent representative with the home furnishing industry
  • Existing connections with buyers for brick-and-mortar accounts
