Job Description
Our client, a leader in the Paper and Forest Products industry, is looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth in the Southeast. This fully remote role offers significant autonomy and requires frequent travel, including initial training in Finland and Canada, regular visits within the Southeast territory, and occasional attendance at industry tradeshows nationwide. In this newly created role, you’ll have the freedom to shape and manage the territory while building strong relationships with paper mills and bulk material handling operations. You’ll sell high-quality bulk material handling equipment—including conveyors, magnetic separators, and AI-driven woodroom control systems—directly to Woodroom Superintendents, Maintenance Managers, and key decision-makers. To thrive in this role, you must have hands-on experience in woodrooms within paper or pellet mills and the ability to engage in technical, consultative sales conversations. Our client is seeking a self-motivated hunter who excels at uncovering new opportunities, managing their time effectively, and embracing a high-travel sales environment. If you’re looking for uncapped earning potential, recurring revenue opportunities, and the freedom to run your territory without micromanagement, this could be the perfect fit.
