Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a North Central Regional Business Manager for a remote USA role. You will lead regional sales teams, develop strategies, and build hospital and ASC partnerships to grow adoption of Calyxo products.

The role requires a BS with 10+ years in medical device sales, proven leadership in startups, willingness to travel up to 60%, and strict adherence to regulatory standards. Competitive compensation includes base salary, substantial variable pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS degree with minimum 10 years of relevant medical device sales experience.
• A track record of success in leading teams in medical devices with the majority in sales leadership.
• Experience working in early-stage start ups.
• Previous operating room experience including use of fluoroscopy and endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to respond to day-to-day sales strategy and direction.
• Recruit, develop, lead, and retain territory sales professionals and clinical specialists.
• Lead the regional sales team, set expectations, monitor duties, and provide coaching.
