Job summary

American Oncology Network in a remote role is seeking a Regional Manager, Pharmacy Operations to oversee daily clinic pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with USP 797/800 and state/federal laws, and lead pharmacy information systems, dashboards, and reporting.

You will drive M&A transitions, manage inventory and procurement, and partner with nursing leadership and regional teams to sustain high standards across multiple states.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business/Health Care Administration or equivalent; or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years Pharmacy Operations/Compliance; 5 years in a pharmacy/clinical setting with sterile and hazardous drugs.
• Experience in community oncology practice or multi-site management is a plus.
• CPhT certification required; CSPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations across clinics and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead M&A transition activities and ensure drug procurement QA.
• Develop and maintain training programs and department policies.
• Manage Pharmacy Information Systems metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and safety.
