Job summary

Dometic Marine is seeking a Regional OEM Sales Manager to drive OEM sales across the West & Central Florida region, reporting to the National Sales Manager. This remote role requires deep understanding of customer applications and strategic selling to build strong relationships with key boat builders.

You will manage assigned OEM accounts, lead product demonstrations, and coordinate with the aftermarket team to ensure a seamless customer journey from OEM to post‑sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B or marine sales experience with OEM focus.
• Strong technical knowledge in Ride & Handling, Boat Living, and Mobile Power Solutions preferred.
• Proven track record in account management, closing sizable contracts and relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Account management: grow assigned OEM accounts in the territory.
• Understand customer needs and apply value-based selling strategies.
• Drive sales through strategic selling and clear value propositions.
• Collaborate with AM team to ensure seamless OEM to post‑sales journey.
• Lead product demonstrations and manage the sales funnel from lead to close.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
