Job summary

Candidates will provide insights across approved trials and investigator-sponsored studies, lead site discussions, and promote an inclusive culture while upholding SOPs and GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO or MD required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant therapeutic-area experience beyond degree.
• Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with external stakeholders.
• Commitment to scientific excellence with education and dialogue.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and related guidelines.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage in bidirectional scientific information exchange with national/regional Scientific Leaders.
• Lead discussions on therapeutic areas and company products outside core scope as needed.
• Support research strategies, investigator-initiated studies, and trial concepts.
• Identify barriers to enrollment and support site/ investigator activities.
• Lead protocol tasks and respond to inquiries about company-sponsored studies.
• Represent at scientific congresses and facilitate data exchange.
• Glean insights from routine activities to inform medical priorities.
• Foster inclusive leadership and model empowerment.
