Merck is seeking a Regional Medical Scientific Director in Cardiopulmonary & Pulmonary Hypertension. The role focuses on scientific exchange and data support across external leaders and investigators in a defined territory.

You will build peer-level relationships with scientific leaders, support data generation for sponsor trials, and provide scientific input to Merck's R&D strategies. Remote work with substantial travel supports the territory.

Qualificações

• Three years in the biotech/pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Three years clinical and/or research in Cardiovascular & Pulmonary areas or five years Medical Scientific Liaison experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Deep therapeutic knowledge in Cardiovascular & Pulmonary translational science.
• Knowledge of guidelines, FDA regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage relationships with national and regional scientific leaders and investigators.
• Conduct peer-level scientific discussions and maintain a Research & Development contact within Merck.
• Support data generation activities for trials and ISP programs as prioritized by leadership.
• Provide scientific support to Health Systems Teams and internal stakeholders.
• Represent Merck at scientific meetings and contribute to debriefs and post-congress reports.
• Facilitate scientific exchange and integrate knowledge to inform strategy.
