Job summary

T. Rowe Price seeks a Regional Investment Consultant to drive sales growth, expand advisor relationships, and raise market share across a designated territory. You will partner with financial advisors and broker-dealer firms to deliver investment solutions aligning with business and client goals.

The role requires based in the territory with an established regional network. You will present to advisors, develop business plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while ensuring FINRA

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of relevant work experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Established relationships with wirehouse, independent and regional broker-dealer advisors.
• Proven track record of growing advisor relationships and achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive sales, asset growth, and market share.
• Build and strengthen relationships with financial advisors, broker-dealers, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering investment insights, business solutions, and market expertise.
• Partner across investment, product, marketing, and relationship management teams to deliver customized client solutions.
• Lead client presentations, business reviews, and sales discussions with advisors and firm leaders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and provide strategic guidance.
• Share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies, tools, and client engagement approaches.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, risk management, and firm policies.
