Job summary

Triumph Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to originate equipment-based loans and manage client relationships in the local and regional markets. The role includes underwriting support, credit approvals, and portfolio management to assist collections and customer service.

The RSM will develop a business network and work with borrowers to structure loans, while representing Triumph TEF and its values throughout the territory. Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in equipment-based finance or related field.
• Outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategy to source new equipment-based finance relationships.
• Manage relationships with existing and prospective borrowers.
• Review financial/non-financial information to assess credit and Triumph policy fit.
• Seek credit approval and present terms to borrowers.
• Lead loan structure negotiations during proposals.
• Monitor delinquency reports and support collections as needed.
• Identify opportunities beyond equipment-based lending within Triumph.
• Represent Triumph TEF and uphold brand standards in the assigned territory.
