Qualifications

• Strong sales & recruitment skills with the ability to effectively negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Word, Excel, and digital recruitment platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Energetic, motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert prospective healthcare facilities into long-term clients.
• Collaborate with inside sales reps to drive outreach, follow-ups, and client engagement across your territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and contract closure.
• Track sales performance and client data in the CRM to inform strategy and support measurable growth goals.
• Lead recruiting efforts for Registered Dietitians across levels of care, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating credentialing.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle: job posting, interviewing, negotiating, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
• Maintain compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements by accurately updating the ATS and credentialing systems.
• Proactively meet weekly and monthly hiring metrics, ensuring top-tier placements aligned with client needs.
