Job summary

HealthPoint is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure accurate distribution and delivery of medications, counsel patients, and supervise pharmacy staff. This temporary, part-time role supports immunizations and clinical programs while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The position is based at HealthPoint’s facilities in Renton, WA, offering remote work options for the duration of the assignment and a competitive compensation package pending internal equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (BA/BS) in Pharmacy or PharmD from a four-year program.
• Current Washington Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Ability to read and interpret industry materials and regulations.
• Proficient with dispensing software and basic computer skills.
• Vaccination and immunization certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Review and fill prescriptions accurately issued by prescribers.
• Direct and supervise pharmacy support staff handling meds.
• Counsel patients on indications, dosing, interactions and side effects.
• Participate in MTM programs and immunization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee inventory and security of controlled substances.
