You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance, building strong candidate pipelines and client relationships.

The position emphasizes consultative advising, market intelligence, and achieving weekly and monthly submit-to-hire goals in a fast-paced environment with flexible remote work

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across US and Canada.
• Ability to meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with ATS and social media recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients.
• Source, screen, interview and present candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies and pipelines.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Generate weekly/monthly reporting and analytics.
