In this role, you'll work directly with client managers to understand their hiring needs, guide applicants through the onboarding process, arrange logistics for orientation, and manage various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
◦ Collaborate with client managers to identify staffing needs and keep them informed on applicant progress.
◦ Assist drivers through client/carrier applications and ensure all required documents are completed.
◦ Schedule and coordinate orientation, handling travel, accommodation, and any unexpected challenges.
◦ Carry out administrative tasks and support additional team needs as required. Qualifications:
◦ No experience required—complete training is provided.
◦ Available during normal business hours.
