A growing talent recruitment firm is seeking a remote Recruiter who will own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recruiting experience and must be fluent in English, available during EST core hours. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is a contractor position with remote flexibility and clear growth opportunities.

Job Title: Recruiter (Remote – LATAM-based, EST Hours

Salary Range: $900/month (USD)
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Payment Method: Monthly via Payoneer
Location: Remote (must be fluent in English and available during EST core hours)

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles
  • Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.)
  • Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Keep Workable updated and organized daily
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week
  • Provide a positive and timely candidate experience
  • Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies
  • 2+ year of recruiting experience, preferably with U.S.-based roles
  • Hands-on experience with Workable ATS preferred
  • Comfortable talking on the phone, at least 12 value calls per day to hire 10 techs minimum per week
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Highly proactive and resourceful—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
