Job Title: Recruiter – Construction Division (No Experience Required)

This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the future of the construction industry by connecting top talent with outstanding companies across the U.S.

No prior recruiting experience is required. However, applicants with general exposure to or experience in the construction industry (such as commercial, industrial, residential, civil, or specialty trades) will likely excel in this role due to their industry familiarity and insight.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers in the construction industry
  • Source, screen, and interview construction professionals for roles ranging from field to executive level
  • Facilitate the interview and hiring process between clients and candidates
  • Utilize gpac’s industry-leading tools, training, and mentorship to build a successful recruiting desk
  • Manage your own book of business with the support of a national team behind you
What We’re Looking For
  • Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Familiarity with or prior experience in the construction industry is a major plus (e.g., estimating, project management, field operations, or supplier/vendor experience)
  • Willingness to learn the recruiting profession from the ground up with full training provided
Compensation Structure
  • Draw vs. Commission pay model
  • Majority commission-based structure with unlimited earning potential
  • Earn more as you perform — there is no cap on commissions
  • Full training and onboarding provided, regardless of background
