Remote Recruiter job at Circle R Recruiting. Location: Miami Beach, FL. Compensation: Paid per driver hired. Position type: 1099 contractor.

Responsibilities

1. Work with managers at the client level to understand current staffing needs and provide updates on applicant status.
2. Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client.
3. Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging arrangements, and address obstacles preventing attendance.
4. Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
