  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to fill urgent positions.
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates.
  • Utilize recruiting tools effectively.
  • Cold call, screen, and prep candidates for interviews.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective negotiation skills
Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
Consistent outbound activity to source clients and candidates

Education

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
  • Partner with clients to assist in fillingurgent position(s)
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
  • Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
  • Cold call,qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently perform high outbound activityto source clients and candidates
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
  • Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • A degree is preferred but not required
  • Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
