Job summary

A leading executive search firm is looking for a Remote Recruiter to join their team. This commission-driven position offers tremendous earning potential with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, assisting in urgent job placements, and conducting reference checks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. A degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
