Job summary

gpac, a nationwide executive search firm, is seeking a recruiting professional to build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates in Davenport, IA. This commission-driven role offers uncapped earnings with training and support from gpac.

You will source, screen, and place qualified candidates, leveraging recruiting tools and your negotiation skills. No prior recruiting experience is required as gpac provides training, resources, and ongoing coaching to help you

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to proactively source clients and candidates.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
