Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain electronic records for clinical and case management services

  • Organize and verify digital files for accuracy and completeness

  • Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory documentation standards

  • Support internal audits and prepare requested records when needed

  • Collaborate with program teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies

  • Protect client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, records management, or administrative work

  • Familiarity with electronic file systems and secure documentation practices

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
