Job summary

Handshake is seeking energy industry professionals to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This ongoing, project-based opportunity allows you to utilize your hands-on experience in renewable energy generation, REC trading, and portfolio management.

You'll evaluate AI-generated content while working approximately 5–20 hours per week on your own schedule. This role offers a chance to significantly contribute without a prior AI background.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in renewable energy generation, REC trading, or portfolio management.
• Experience in roles such as Renewable Generation Analyst or REC Trader.
• Hands-on experience with tools used in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Create expert-level training data and evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Provide feedback that helps AI understand renewable energy workflows.
• Work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
