Job summary

Conventus Holdings Corporation seeks an Associate, Data & Product to join our Data & Technology team. You will work hands-on with reporting automation, data mapping and lineage, and data documentation to support business decisions across the data organization.

You will gather requirements, map data flows, implement data quality checks, build dashboards in Sigma, and automate repetitive tasks, collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in lending tech, mortgage, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering: partner with stakeholders to document needs and translate into data models or dashboards.
• Data mapping & lineage: document data flows and define source-to-target mappings.
• Data quality checks: design automated validation rules to ensure data accuracy.
• Ad hoc analysis: respond to business questions by querying data and summarizing findings.

Position Description

Full-Time, Exempt, Performance-Based Bonus

Salary Range: $90k-$120K/year

Conventus is seeking an experienced Associate, Data & Product to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work hands-on with reporting automation, data mapping and lineage, and data documentation, supporting business decision-making across our Data & Technology team.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs, document business requirements, and translate them into data models or dashboard specifications.
• Data Mapping & Lineage: Document data flows across systems, define source-to-target mappings, andmaintainlineage artifacts.
• Data Quality Checks: Design and implement automated validation rules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of business-critical data.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to business questions from cross-functional teams by querying data,identifyingtrends, and summarizing findings in clear, actionable formats.
• Dashboarding & Reporting: Build andmaintaindashboards in Sigma to support analytics, KPIs, and operational reporting.
• Process Automation: Identifyand automate repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Documentation: Maintaindata dictionaries, metric definitions, and reporting documentation to ensure consistent understanding of data across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Scienceor related field.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiencyin Python and SQL for data processing.
• Proven problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Prior experience in lending technology, mortgage, or financial services isrequired.
