Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Real estate / hospitality / events Evaluator for a remote, contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics and identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Real estate / hospitality / events, native or professional English, and strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Slides). A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Real estate / hospitality / events.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs with accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring domain quality.
