Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Progressive accounting/finance experience focused on real estate.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial systems such as Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations accounting team, including coaching and performance management.
• Own accounting technology strategy and automation, including system implementations and integrations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close for a large real estate portfolio.
• Ensure timely billing and rigorous internal controls across processes.
• Provide high-quality customer service and collaborate with university partners.
