360 Recruiting Group is seeking a Project Manager for Fairfield County, CT. The PM will oversee multiple flooring installation projects from onboarding to completion, ensuring profitability, schedule, and quality while coordinating with clients, installers, and vendors.

The role requires a 3+ year PM background in construction, strong budgeting and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% within southeastern Connecticut. A competitive package with benefits is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience in construction or building trades.
• Ability to serve southeastern Connecticut client base with up to 75% local travel; clean driving record.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; systems orientation experience.
• Financial acumen in budgeting and cost management; strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Review take-offs and cost estimates for accuracy and profitability; identify risks early.
• Lead pre-construction activities including contract negotiation and subcontractor coordination.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules and documentation; ensure quality controls.
• Manage submittals and approvals; coordinate with project administrator.
• Coordinate labor and materials to ensure on-time starts and momentum during installation.
• Oversee installation teams and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Manage change orders and additional work; ensure timely invoicing.
