Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks an experienced RN for a pediatric GI outpatient role focused on coordinating care with patients and families by phone. After orientation, there may be an opportunity for remote work in a fast-paced, supportive team.

The position requires ASN, with BSN preferred, and an active Indiana RN license (NLC acceptable). BLS certification is required; ambulatory experience is preferred. Core hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires BLS certification through the AHA and an active RN license in Indiana or an NLC RN license.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Two years ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple patient care functions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Connect with patients and families by phone to coordinate care.
• Assist in meeting GI outpatient care needs.
• Remote work potential after orientation.
• Core office hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with possible work-from-home after Orientation.
• No weekends, no holidays, no on-call duties.
