Montrose Environmental Group is looking for a Junior Field Technician to support emergency response and disaster recovery involving hazardous materials. This part-time role offers flexibility and requires availability for nationwide travel, with primary responsibilities in air monitoring and environmental sampling. Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
Functional or higher computer literacy skills in a Windows-based environment required.
Experience in any branch of the armed forces desirable.
Experience and/or proficiency with industrial hygiene equipment desirable.
Relevant experience in emergency response, environmental response, construction management, etc., desirable.
Responsibilities
Support emergency response, environmental response, and disaster recovery projects.
Maintain immediate availability for emergency response and extended travel.
Manage high workloads and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Drive non-commercial vehicles to and from project sites.
Perform other duties as assigned.
