Job summary

An environmental services company is seeking a Junior Field Technician to support emergency response and natural disaster efforts. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Functional or higher computer literacy skills in a Windows‑based environment required.
• Experience in any branch of the armed forces desirable.
• Experience and/or proficiency with industrial hygiene equipment desirable.
• Experience using air and environmental sampling equipment desirable.
• Relevant experience in emergency response desirable.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Support emergency response and environmental response projects.
• Maintain availability for emergency response and extended travel.
• Manage high workloads and multitask effectively.
• Operate monitoring instruments and record measurements.
• Prepare documentation for environmental samples.
• Drive non-commercial vehicles to project sites.

Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Functional computer literacy in Windows

Experience in armed forces

Proficiency with industrial hygiene equipment
